      Pros

      It pays ok. Officeries to make it a happy place. She is really nice. Guys I work with ,work really hard and are a great team.

      Cons

      branch management have no leadership skills. Looking to throw everyone under the bus for their mistakes. They won't listen when items are brought to their attention, doesn't seem to care or want to do anything. Supervisor sits in office all day. Communication does not exisit.

      Pros

      Good pay, benefits, mostly good people to work with. Learned a lot about the company. It would be a Great company to work for if it was not for very bad Management.

      Cons

      Way to much favorites being played out at the Triadelphia branch. Employees with 5-7 years with this company where laid off. But the new guys with 6-8 months got to keep there job. Another thing too they always preach Safety, but if you bring up a Safety Issue they send you home for the day. This was even reported to both the regional and branch Safety Directors to but I guess it did not matter.
