Pros

Hours from : 8:30am-5:00pm are great, and I am not expected to check my email after 5pm! Incentive pain addition to salary is awesome! I've worked in the field of ABA for almost 11 years, and this is by far the most comprehensive initial training and ongoing supervision I've ever received!

Cons

Occasional confusion about policies and procedures is sometimes frustrating. Little time is allotted everyday for paperwork/email tasks.

We want to say thank you for all you do for our patients and their families! We are glad to see you value the work-life balance we provide to our Team Members with the standardized scheduling and the extensive training and supervisions we provide to the team. We understand you may have experienced some confusion about policies & procedures in the past and will continue to work on our communication when changes occur. It's been a great addition to our standardized schedules to allow paid administrative time for all Team Members to complete required insurance documentation and checking emails, however we will continue to evaluate the time allotted and will look to make any changes that may be necessary.

Pros

Pros: The clients and families are great. There is also a detailed training

Cons

Cons: 1. Red flag from the start… RESTRICTIVE NON-COMPETE. Employees are miserable but have no option to look at other opportunities due to a very restrictive non-compete. Yes, lots of training is put in (so a non-solicitation clause would make sense so you can not take clients or employees), but theirs states that you can not work in the field for 18 months within a certain radius of ANY clinic. Many of the employees who have been here for a year or longer are simply here because they are stuck and have no option, due to the scare tactic that the CEO has in place. 2. The pay is not good at all, but again they can pay you as low as you want because you are stuck there due to the non-compete. 3. The reviews that are positive on here are only written because emails are sent out wanting people to “Rave about their great experiences here”, so they are most likely new employees who don’t know what they have gotten into yet. 4. Clients who make no progress are simply kept here due to their ability to bill insurance, this isn’t a therapy clinic, it’s a how much money can we profit clinic. 5. No room for creativity.

We want to extend our gratitude for the years you spent serving our patients and their families! We are happy to hear you see the value in the extensive training we provide and the relationships we build with our families! Although non-competition agreements are common across companies due to the competitiveness of the ABA field, Reaching Milestones has dedicated a significant investment of time and resources to reviewing this important matter. As a result, we are evolving with the needs of our Team Members and the field. We are happy to say we plan to blaze new trails in this area. Stay tuned for exciting changes benefiting our Team Members! As you mentioned earlier, we do provide extensive training among a large variety of other benefits to our Team Members. The agreement we currently have was put in place in an effort to protect the company from Team Members receiving high-quality training and then leaving to take those skills elsewhere without any level of loyalty to the time and effort we put into training them. We are up front with New Hire Candidates as we speak with about our agreements and encourage everyone to read them and ask any questions before they sign anything. Continuous research is also conducted on pay ranges across companies and areas where we have clinics. In comparison, our company provides an extensive benefits package that outweighs what many other providers consider for their benefits. We encourage all Team Members to leave reviews on platforms and they are required by the platform of their choosing to indicate they are leaving a truthful review. Over the last couple years, as the field has evolved, so has our organization: several departments including Care Coordination have been established. This department oversees may facets of quality of care including evaluating patient progress and adherence to treatment plans. Ethical concerns regarding patient care is also under the Team Members responsibility to report to our Compliance Department. We offer many options to report ethical concerns, including an anonymous reporting option. We actively promote an atmosphere of accountability. We are proud of how our team is comprised of individuals from such diverse backgrounds that can provide unique insight into our practice of the science of ABA. We continue to strive for our Team Members to grow themselves in their knowledge of field while also encouraging collaboration across teams.
