      Pros

      The best reason I enjoy working with Reaching Milestones is because I love working with children with autism. They are unique, amazing, and it's a great feeling when I play an important part in helping them accomplish life goals!

      Cons

      A con of working for Reaching Milestones is that I somewhat of a "perfectionist" and like order. Things are constantly changing in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, Insurance, and in the Leadership of this company. Which is understandable because we want to provide the best services, however, it sometimes feels disorganized until everyone gets the hang of things.

      Pros

      Staff members are amazing, I feel like leadership's always striving to make improvements and do a great job at listening to our concerns and trying to make them happen, there also appears to be many opportunities to move up within the Company. I also find it cool that the owner is so involved.

      Cons

      If someone leaves it affects the whole schedule and you'll probably be learning a new case.
