Pros

Lots of seltzer choices

Cons

This company is a total farce in everything they say and do. You are left on your own to figure out everything and if you ask a question, the response from management is "Why are you asking this?". Upper management are all bullies and think they can talk you like you are dirt. From snippy comments to harassment of other employees, I highly recommend to others not to work here. Management will send certain employees to "test" you to see if you like the company or not, to then go back and report it. It's beyond immature and makes others feel incredibly uncomfortable.

Pros

Lots of happy hours, interesting colleagues

Cons

Literally everything on the WCG-related threads are true. Hunger Games-esque environment, with little regard for normal decorum.

Thank you for posting a review. This is a very fast-paced, work hard environment where client needs come first and we know it's not for everyone. We're glad you enoyed the happy hours and your colleagues. We see great value in providing our teams with lots of opportunities to unwind and get to know each other better.

Pros

"unlimited PTO" (not really though), work from home

Cons

The higher ups in this company are genuinely some of the worst people I have ever met. The activism in this company is performative to say the least. While working here before the BLM movement in 2020 I suggested that we recognize Black History Month and actually do something to celebrate it within our office. Needless to say that idea was completely shut down and no one cared until it became "trendy" to advocate after BLM. A lot of talking and no action. A few people were hired for the diversity and inclusion team and they would mysteriously all quit within a few months..... I wonder why. Also, don't expect to ever get more than a 2-3% raise which will not even cover cost of living inflation, yet you will get to listen to how successful and how much money we are making on every single town hall including hearing the c suite talk about their multiple million dollar homes. I asked for a cost of living raise while working here and was told we didn't have the funds for it but then I had to do expense reports where the c suites spent over 10k on a dinner with just a few attendees. The greed is just absurd. The head of facilities micromanaged every single thing that we all did and even left a few of them in tears during my time there. Don't forget about the nepotism and favoritism within the company, upon being hired you will notice a lot of the same last names within the organization and trust that those people will always being promoted above you regardless of their work ethic or talent.
