Current culture undervalues studio, creatives, and PMs

Pros

It's purely an account driven agency

Cons

Top-heavy and very dysfunctional. The leadership does not value the voice or advancement of its day-to-day studio, creatives, and project managers. Be expected to work on multiple accounts. Certain account managers lack collaborative spirit and have the reigns to drive projects on aggressive timelines.

Pros

some of the people who choose not to play in the silly interpersonal games can be great people.

Cons

First off. NO ONE/VERY FEW PEOPLE WORK AT W2O. W2O is an umbrella organization for WCG (and multiple other companies). Most likely if you are looking at a job posted on the W2O website, you will likely end up working for WCG (most likely), Twist, or Brewlife (which are both much smaller). I highly recommend interested candidates look at the Glassdoor site for WCG for a clearer picture of the company culture. W2O has a completely dysfunctional and broken company culture. entrepreneurialism is taken to an extreme and it has an extremely cliquey culture. the only way to get ahead was to buy into the interpersonal politics of this paradigm and be yes men for the leaders. ive never been in such an environment where everyone below group director level is feels and seems so down-trodden and low.
