Pros
Our CEO is probably one of the most authentic leaders I have ever worked for and stays true to his word. In my experience that has been rare. Leaders walking the walk AND talking the talk?! It's very easy to disengage when your leaders don't practice what they preach. Tom is one of kind. He is complimented with an outstanding management team that share the same vision. He gives everyone a voice and makes us truly believe we are all stake-holders in this company. That allows me to value what I do day in and day out and it makes for a fun, rewarding environment.
Cons
We're scaling at a fast rate and are going to experience growing pains.
