Decent Place

Pros

Culture is amazing. The benefits are top notch IF you work there. Minus a few leaders "team leads" everyone there is super friendly and positive it's like Disneyland some days.

Cons

MICROMANAGING - I understand some people need that but I'm a grown adult I don't need to let you know that I have to go to the bathroom or explain why I had to spend more time in there. It's personal business. I don't vibe with the "clicks" or the team leads showing favorites which there's a lot of. The money is okay but they start you close to where you cap out at so there's not too much room to grow unless you become a Team Lead which is unlikely because of the clicks.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! We agree that we have an amazing team that has created a great company culture! We’re sorry to hear you felt micromanaged. Our Contact Center positions involve continued education, check-ins, coaching opportunities, etc. to ensure we are always “improving and adapting” – a main value for us at Redirect Health. Also, another value and commitment to “Obsess Over People” which includes our members, is to always deliver the best care possible and this involves daily collaboration with our Team Leads. We hope you were still able to take advantage of some of the great benefits we offer our Contact Center, such as remote working, free healthcare, and more. At Redirect Health we have a true open-door policy and always encourage employees to bring concerns to their manager, team leads and/or any leader before a situation becomes difficult to navigate. Your candid feedback is very helpful and we have already brought your review to our team.

Free Medical and not much else

Pros

Free "medical". No this is not insurance and if you don't know the difference you should do your research. The Frontline co-workers.

Cons

You will get burnt out fast here... No pay increases (I was there over a year, and they started hiring people for the same position at a higher rate, but when you ask about an increase...there isn't room in the budget) They pick and choose who they promote, not all of the persons getting promoted deserve or know what they are doing. You can see the favorites. Understaffed because of the high turn over, dont get use to people. They preach family, but don't really treat you that way. People get burnt out really fast, but when you speak about it to supervisors they can't or won't do anything to help you and modifications won't be made. Just deal or leave. They want you to pick up extra work (because either people have left and they don't see a reason to hire or new work has been found that "someone" needs to do) but don't compensate for it. Management is always gone, be it vacation or working from home. Some leaders don't even come in on a weekly basis. But you can't work from home, even if you use to during COVID. Almost no vacation time to speak of

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! We are very proud of our commitment to provide health insurance coverage to all our employees and their families at absolutely zero cost to them and we apologize as it sounds like this benefit was not properly explained to you. As you know, Healthcare is more important than ever and serving and guiding our members through their healthcare journey, end-to-end, is one of our most important jobs. We are sorry about your experience of workplace burnout. We hope you were able to advantage of the many ways Redirect Health plans and encourages our team members to unplug from work like rooftop yoga, offsite get togethers, team events, fun lunches, free chiropractor appointments with massage to relieve any stress and more. We understand some people prefer to work remotely, but as many companies have begun to bring their employees back to the office, we too have some key departments that work in-office – it allows for collaboration and continued education. However, we do still offer positions with work-from-home flexibility. We appreciate your review as we are always looking for ways to improve and adapt (one of our great values) and have taken your feedback to our leadership team.
