Thank you for your submission and for taking the time to share. While I don’t want to diminish the various concerns you addressed in your “cons” list, my reply will focus on how we can all grow and learn from the experience you outlined. Our core values such as “Obsess over PEOPLE”, “Always Improve and Adapt”, “Yes, I Can Help” – to name a few – encourage all employees to report any activities, situations and conversations they observe or experienced that are not aligned with our values through anonymous surveys, anonymous suggestion box, open door policies with any and all leaders, managers, peers to provide feedback that can be addressed. We take all matters very seriously and I hope that you shared your experiences with the various outlets and tools while you were employed with us so that the appropriate teams were able to look into the situations you described. Throughout our company’s history, we have ensured that our people come first and that everyone is treated fairly with respect. Our values encourage employees to address difficult issues and say what needs to be said so we can hear, learn, grow and remedy any situation. I can’t imagine where our company would be today if we didn’t have our employees and team members question and challenge the status-quo or share experiences for us to improve and adapt. Our employees deserve the best workplace experience and our customers deserve the best service. We have shared this feedback with Guy and I can say personally, Guy has been an outstanding leader in our company since he joined in 2013. He inspires and helps our team grow and live our mission of simple and truly affordable healthcare for all. I would like to have a conversation with you so we can understand your experience.
