Pros

Culture is everything. I played college football and have been part of teams with bad, losing cultures and good, winning cultures. The culture of Redirect Health is so positive. I am thankful that it had a family feel.

Cons

I had a passion to do something active. I wasn't created to be sedentary answering phones so I started a gym and now train kids.

Pros

You mean in addition to FREE health care?! Leadership engaged - very strong culture and values system in place - providing a quality solution to a market with a clear need today! Entrepreneurial company with a proven solution, great people, solid values and culture. Employee ideas are invited and appreciated by ownership. If you're a purpose driven person wanting to make a difference in health care and you're comfortable in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment - couldn't find a better place!

Cons

We move fast and try new things, which can be uncomfortable and disruptive to some people. Not a place for the "because that's the way we always did it" mentality. Not for everyone and the company understands this in hiring practices. Processes continue to be built as we grow, which is hard for some people who would be more comfortable with the well established processes of a more mature company.
