      none that I can come up with

      Cons

      they only want bodies to fill positions - don't care about quality of therapist or patient care - will stab staff in the back just to cover the billing and hours to please the customer - its not about the patients

      Flexible schedule, fair starting pay

      Cons

      Not guaranteed hours, caseload fluctuates and they tend to replace assistants with OTR if the OTR is low on patients. They put a hold on raises so I worked ther 9 years without a raise and no bonuses or appreciation gifts at all
