Pros

Coworkers were helpful. Therapist strived to help patients reach their goals and return home.

Cons

Productivity requirements and endless documentation mean doing paperwork on your patients time or off the clock on your own time. When you sign out of your tablet you have to answer the question: All work was completed on the clock. Yes or No.

Pros

The therapist I work with every day

Cons

Management and HR. Unresponsive, dismissive. When you work for this company, you are just a number. Miss your financial target for 4 weeks out if 10 years, and you become expendable in a hurry. Ask HR to help you navigate being demoted to hourly staff and you get radio silence. I truly wish I had seen the light 10 years ago.
