Pros

The pay & benefits were ok

Cons

They really don't care about the "little" people, it's just about the bottom line and how much they can save to pay the partners their bonus.

Thank you for the comments. I’m sorry to hear that your experience was not in line with what we foster within the Rehmann culture. We understand the value every single associate brings to the firm, regardless of level or duties. This is why we have implemented a recognition platform accessible to all associates. Rehmann has also put together an advisory group comprised of several associates at different levels and service areas to brainstorm and implement positive change within the firm. We hope to continue to show every single associate the value of their contributions to the firm.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. It appears that there are a few areas that are causing you dissatisfaction. Although we can attempt to address some of them here, we're hopeful that you have shared feedback with your supervisor, other firm leaders or HR regarding your concerns. We are not able to continuously improve without feedback from our talented associates. Compensation is definitely an area that we strive to be competitive in. We have engaged with a highly regarded compensation consulting firm to ensure that we are bench-marking in our industry and key markets as well. In terms of benefits, our team is constantly bench-marking with peers in our industry and have found our benefit program to be quite competitive. In addition, we have introduced enhanced benefits each year to make our program even stronger. In addition to providing direct feedback internally, we are also hopeful that you have provided input through our annual associate survey. Associate feedback allows us to identify key areas that are creating dissatisfaction. That being said, we are proud to report that through our associate survey tool, we have learned that the majority of Rehmann associates are highly satisfied and our turnover is actually lower than most in our industry.

Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

Not paid for working overtime. Not working overtime is also problematic. No bonuses. Not a good 401(k), match is weak. You cannot really work from home; more like, work after work, at home. Higher education is frowned upon, because you will not be focusing all of your efforts on work. High turnover. Employees are miserable and will try to bring you down with them. On too many occasions, a good morning was greeted with no response.

Thank you for taking time to leave a review. There seem to be several areas of dissatisfaction for you during your employment with Rehmann and that never feels great to hear. We're hopeful that you shared feedback with your supervisor, other firm leaders or HR regarding your concerns. We are not able to continuously improve without feedback from our talented associates. If you were not able to share with them directly, we are hopeful that you shared your input through our firm's feedback processes (upward evaluations, grow plan meetings, associate surveys, etc.) As with most professional level roles, overtime pay is not required , as these are exempt positions. Each associate submits an hour budget each year and are mutually established by the associate and their supervisor. We're hopeful that you shared concerns, if you had them, with your supervisor at that time. In terms of benefits, our team is constantly bench-marking with peers in our industry and have found our benefit program to be quite competitive. In addition, we have introduced enhanced benefits each year to make our program even stronger. This would include our tuition reimbursement program and all full-time associates are eligible for. We believe that by keeping our skills and knowledge fresh , we are better for our clients, our firm and ourselves. Although we have an incredibly flexible work environment and have the ability to work from anywhere, we recognize that this can be limited for associates in some roles. There are definitely positions that require more face time with clients and other team-mates in order to be successful. Again, we are hopeful that if you had requests to work from home or to modify your work schedule that you had dialog with your supervisor. Through our associate survey tool, we have learned that the majority of Rehmann associates are highly satisfied and our turnover is actually lower than most in our industry. We know that our firm may not be a fit for everyone though, so we wish you tons of success in your new position.
