I would get some experience and get out, they will underpay you from start to finish.

Pros

The pay is actually good compared to other companies in the industry. The management also provides free snacks sometimes.

Cons

Despite the generous compensation by the company, it's still not a good experience working in this kind of work environment. Employees are very overworked, and the management doesn't mind. They do not care about the well-being of the employees as they continue to give out unreasonable amounts of workload. Most of the managers are unfit to be leaders due to their lack of empathy.

Terrible place for software engineers

Pros

Some people are friendly and smart. Good place to advance only if you are starting a career.

Cons

This is a terrible place for software engineers to work and grow. The management does not know how to run a software engineering team. ReliaQuest worked us to death and never compensated correctly to market until I opened my eyes to what was out there.
