It's an exciting time to be a part of ReliaQuest. Growing like crazy, lots of expansion, exciting new projects to work on, and I really feel like my contributions have a direct impact of the company's goals.

Cons

Growing pains. It's exciting to be part of a company that's growing so fast, but there are always some headaches when there's lots of new people, few experienced old timers, and we're still figuring out some procedures and protocols.

The management was good at setting the expecttaions. Meeting those expectations was a constant challenge for all of the employees.

Cons

The management assigns too many projects to one person. You will have to deal with many dadlines and often extend your hours to meet those deadlines. It was tough on my body and mind.

ReliaQuest is a worldwide cybersecurity leader dedicated to assisting businesses in achieving their targeted security objectives. The diverse teams work together really well. Everyone does their job to the best of their abilities, allowing for seamless teamwork. Above all, it provides all of the components to me for a successful career: continuous coaching and internal promotions. I am happy about the competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits.

No negatives so far to express. I have a positive experienced here. I can't complaint anything.
