Compensation is good. Benefits are great. There are a lot of smart people that you can learn a lot from. There is a ton of opportunity for growth within the company once you get your foot in the door.

Cons

You are required to be in office.

The work is impactful. The shared mindset is great for driving performance and striving for better. Benefits are excellent. Leadership is understanding and listens to feedback. Feel challenged and supported to accomplish goals.

Cons

Not a real con, but consideration: the pace is fast, employees need to be ready and willing to adapt and engage.
