management love to micromanage every little aspect of your job. Dont be scared though because if you make a mistake you will be dragged through the SOC and everyone will know about it!!

Cons

This isn’t an easy job. The work is fast-paced and demanding, and the pressure can feel intense at times. You have to be comfortable with ambiguity and willing to figure things out on your own. It’s not for everyone, but if you’re up for the challenge, the sense of accomplishment and growth combined with the opportunities that come with being part of a growing company make it all worth it.
