Cons

Dirty Politics. No one more care of people and they just fire. Indian management is useless and they don’t know for whom to take stand for. Only few people gets promotion and no matter how much hard you work for. Worst minded people and licking always

1. Good pay 2. Hard-working colleagues

Cons

There are many but here are the top two: 1. Incompetent leadership - Questionable decisions in terms of operational and GTM strategy. ICs are overwhelmed with unrealistic expectations in terms of workload; you could work 24/7 and still never be caught up. Impact: most of the top performers have left, and the ones who remain have little work-life balance. 2. Nepotism Culture - Promotions/opportunities are not merit-based. People who get rewarded are those with personal connections to leadership or those who can kiss the most a**. Impact: don't expect to get promoted based off of performance.
