Pros

ReliaQuest provides endless opportunity for employees who are committed and willing to work hard. There is unlimited growth and earning potential and the company works very hard to ensure that employees are given the tools needed to succeed. I think it is rare to find a company that is willing to invest so much in its employees, especially those right out of college.

Cons

The company is growing at well over 100% per year and with a growth rate like that, the company often works more then the normal 9-5. However, if you are willing to put the time and effort in, I think it is totally worth it.

Pros

The positive about ReliaQuest is that you will learn sales- the hard way, with minimal upfront training. The company culture is built around throwing it's new hires to the wolves and see who survives. The company is a unique place and anyone can step right in and gain unlimited commission right out of school and learn the ins and outs of a company. Prizes, trips, and bonuses are always available. It's a start up and things are ever changing so there is always some excitement.

Cons

Don't be late or you'll be doing push-ups. Hours are 7:30 - 6:30 out of obligation rather than use. Everything is micromanaged to the extreme - your CEO may tell you to shut up and dial if you are not making 200 calls a day. Meetings with management are blunt, emotional, and heated with employees either taking it on the chin or boldly disagreeing. There is no mercy - many employees have been fired on the spot for brief performance dips, communicating with other firms, and a variety of other reasons... many of them had own company awards such as "associate of the year" prior - no loyalty. Due to the firings and employees voluntarily leaving, there may be impromptu work thrown on to more rigid employees.

Pros

High focus on developing their people through training and early opportunity. Sr. Management is built around the highest levels of integrity. Definitely a work hard, play harder environment filled with some creative offsite excursions. Great opportunity to start out of college and make good money in sales and technology positions. Day to day interaction with the ownership group, a very down to earth group with a good sense of humor.

Cons

Ownership group has a strong work ethic and are "all in" when it comes to the company and the people. People who aren't interested in making themselves better and growing in their career shouldn't consider working at ReliaQuest. The people that work at ReliaQuest believe in the company and work hard so if someone is just looking for a job and isn't interested in building a career and growing as a professional they won't fit in very well.
