      Great for no experience only (Sales specific)

      Pros

      -RL will spend a lot of time, money, and energy on training you to become ready for the sales floor -Young, intelligent co-workers -Will help you build your resume -Great benefits

      Cons

      -If you have a current track in sales for success this might not be the place for you. They are very rigid and old in their practices and expect 1990s sales strategies. Think "Glengarry Glen Ross" as both the atmosphere and work habits -RL expects you to conform. Questioning their motives is frowned upon -"Drink the Kool-Aid" environment -Top producers do not last long at the company, their turnover is very high which leads to inconsistency

      Great Place to Work

      -Company is growing rapidly so there are lots of opportunities for career advancement -Co-workers are very smart and driven -Fun work environment -The product is something you can feel good about

      Cons

      Company is growing rapidly so it may not be the right place for people that don't work well in a fast-paced and changing environment.

You're right about the company's rapid growth and fast-paced environment. That's just part of the Relias DNA. It makes work engaging and interesting!       Robots for Hire

      Pros

      if you are a college grad starting career - this is a good place to fraternize and learn basic sales process. If you can follow instructions - and don't question much, you might like this environment as a stepping stone.

      Cons

      Pay is VERY below average.Management is terrible. Very limited in experience and lack vision. Don't bother trying to being ideas or insight into play - if it's "off-script" - they are not interested. They want programmable robots only!

      Thank you for the constructive review; we appreciate your insight. We definitely have processes put in place to help our Sales team be as efficient as possible. Our sales training program is thorough, informative, and useful to new reps who haven't sold with us before. We hope you found that useful and feel the same way as we do about that. As for coming up with new ideas, we're sorry to hear that your experience wasn't as positive. We do have a dedicated Sales Trainer, Sales Coach, individual Sales Mentor, and of course Sales Managers who are great resources for bouncing off new ideas or improvements. Hopefully you were able to utilize some of them during your tenure. Once again, thank you for the constructive response. It will help us be better than we were yesterday.
