Pros

Work with colleagues that are all at the top of their job scope. Everyone brings their A game everyday. Enough structure for a safe work environment and enough autonomy to feel you are a valued professional. Great to be at a company that is strength based vs one that focuses on challenges

Cons

Not a typical 9-5 job, (my group anyway) so need to be flexible. Needed skills to excel self starter, team player , open to new concepts (These could be on the pro list too)

Pros

A culture based on Organizational Health leading to high performance. That means: In this Patrick’s Lencioni book, the two key requirements for the organization’s success is a) Smart + b) Healthy. Smart is: strategy, marketing, finance and technology. These are easier to quantify and deal with and these “decision sciences” are taught in business schools. Healthy is: minimal politics, minimal confusion, high morale, high productivity, and low turnover among good people. Thus being “smart” is only half of the equation… As Peter Drucker said, "Culture eats strategy for breakfast."

Cons

As with any fast growing company change happens fast and there are challenges with evolving to serve the needs of the organization and the clients. It is not for everyone, but there a many employees that have been with the company since the early days.

Thank you for your feedback! We completely agree that being smart does encompass the components you mentioned and want to clarify that smart also (and in our opinion most importantly) references emotional intelligence. We are delighted that you mentioned healthy in your review and thank you for demonstrating Hungry by writing such a thoughtful review!
