Pros

Renalogic is committed to organization health and development of their team. We focus on our strengths and treat each other with respect. There is room for opportunity and growth for the individuals that want to work hard for it. We have a transparent, committed leadership team , without the typical hierarchical restraints. Very rich benefits package, Flexible work schedule (remote work capabilities). work-life balance time off.

Cons

We are a process driven company, we are also innovative and constantly improving upon and changing for the better. You can't be afraid to fail and/ or ask questions. You need to be open to learn, have meaningful conversations to help collaborate and move forward. We are very committed to our Organization Health Initiative, if you prefer a "cold corporate" environment, Renalogic is not for you.

Pros

Renalogic is an organizational health-based company. They are dedicated to creating a culture that has minimal politics and low turnover of good people. People are valued for performance and behavior. Plenty of opportunity for growth and development. The leadership team is dedicated, engaged and always available to everyone. There is little hierarchy, you won't hear "that's not my job" and an exceptional focus on teamwork.

Cons

Not a con, just a word of advice: If you like to know exactly what your role is, when you can clock out and that your work is "done", choose your role carefully here. Most people work on dynamic projects and wear several hats. If that's not for you, ask those questions first! If you love to learn and be involved, you will be welcomed into all the projects you can handle.

Pros

ABSOLUTELY NOT ONE SINGLE THING!

Cons

At first glance, company entices you by promising a great work environment. This only happens if you conform to the Cult Like Behavior and do exactly as the owner says and don’t voice opinions. They will tell you they want your feedback but they really don’t. Be very careful working for this place. If you are over 40 and anything other than a white male you need not apply. This company just fired a trans-gender woman, a married gay woman and an African American Immigrant( all females) over the age of 40. They do not give annual raises, they do not promote they hire outside of the organization and the annual bonus is a fish tail. The only good thing they offer is unlimited PTO and 100% paid EAP, which you will need if you work here. The non compete is a joke, however, if you choose to accept a position with this “Corporate Cult” make sure you read this in its entirety prior to signing. They will also tell you that your able to work from home, however, that’s also a joke. These people are dishonest, not only with the employees that work there but also with the clients. If you are committed to being a horrible person and have no moral compass or any ethical behavior within yourself you will fit in here nicely.

Thank you for your feedback! We're sorry to hear you feel this way and would encourage you to speak with your supervisor or me (People Engagement Director) to address specific concerns. We agree that our culture and commitment to organizational health (read: no politics!) isn't for everyone and hope that, should you choose to leave, you find a company whose culture better aligns with your preferences. We do want to state that our employment decisions are based solely on the professional merit and demonstrated behaviors of a given individual versus, as you alluded to, an individual's sexual orientation or gender. Over 80% of our employee population identifies as female (including our President/CEO who does, as it turns out, have an IQ higher than 70). We hope you're able to hit your stride with the company or, barring that, that you find a better match elsewhere.
