Pros

Renalogic is the rare model for business success. A company that focuses on the clinical care and support of members, while also prioritizing Organizational Health to create a dynamic and enjoyable company culture!

Cons

Rapid growth can sometimes create small bubbles of confusion for certain projects.

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're delighted that you're part of the team and can see and feel our commitment to organizational health. In staying true to that, please don't hesitate to hold us accountable if we ever fall off the clarity wagon, which - we agree - tends to occur more during periods of rapid growth. :) Thank you again for being a part of our team! Pros

Most are able to work from home

Cons

Leadership dictates what we say; staff are discouraged or threatened when they bring concerns forward or ask for help. Leadership and management are dishonest. I was ashamed to work there.

Hi! We universally empower our team members and coach's to speak to the individual (or individuals) they are experiencing conflict with directly, which I know can feel a little awkward. If that's something a team member or coach isn't comfortable with, the individual who has a concern can involve any member of leadership, up to and including the CEO. And, of course, all serious concerns automatically trigger an internal investigation that may utilize neutral third parties to better understand, resolve, and address the original concern. This intentionally in-depth system was created to ensure every member of our team has at least two avenues through which they can voice concerns. I'm assuming you didn't feel comfortable exercising any of these options, and I'm sorry for that. I do thank you for the feedback and wish you the best of luck on your next professional adventure. Sincerely, People Engagement

Pros

Where do I begin. Compensation, benefits, communication, support, work life balance. I have been in healthcare management for 23 years and have never come across a company that encourages and actively promotes organizational health, culture and values. The communication and support at this company is unheard of. I am finally in a position where my needs are met on a professional level and I honestly can "brag" about what an amazing company I work for.

Cons

None that I can think of!
