Hello, We're sorry that you didn't have a positive experience while you were part of the team. Our culture is built on our core values of Humble, Hungry, and Smart, with integrity being a component of each of those values. We try to bring those values to life every day through such things as: • Monthly company all hands meeting so everyone is aware of all aspects of the company • CEO open-door office hours where anyone can ask questions or make suggestions directly to the CEO • A “work from anywhere” policy • 360 degree reviews to provide an honest assessment of performance • Quarterly 1:1 career and work planning sessions with your Coach • Objective accountability through KPI reporting and after-action reports for key projects Again, we regret the experience you had and wish you all the best moving forward. Sincerely. Renalogic Leadership

We are so sorry that you had such a negative experience here. Renalogic is a “for-purpose” business dedicated to controlling the human and financial costs of chronic kidney diseases and end-stage renal disease. Because we work directly with members affected by these terrible conditions we have very high standards for ourselves, our partners and our team. We also have very strongly articulated core values of Humble, Hungry and Smart. We celebrate teammates who showcase these values every month on our company meetings, just like we celebrate situations where we are able to help a member. We’re sorry that our blend of high-performance and compassion was not a fit for you, and hope that your current/next situation is better suited. For those considering applying to Renalogic, you will get to meet a wide variety of people during the interview process, including at least one of, if not both of, the COO and the CEO. We encourage you to make your own direct assessment of our culture and work environment, because we understand fit isn’t only important for Renalogic – it’s important for you, too.

Pros

Pros- There are a lot of dedicated, passionate, and wonderful people at this company who truly believe in the mission of helping patients prevent CKD progression and ESRD. Renalogic utilizes Gallup strengths to learn how to work well with each other and it’s a great tool to really learn about yourself and how to work effectively with others (especially people who work differently than you). Health benefits are very good.

Cons

Cons- As a smaller company trying to grow in the market space they are always trying to accomplish more than what is feasible with the resources that are available (people and technology especially). This leads to many people working far more than 40 hours a week - HR (called people engagement here) will tell you you’re responsible for setting boundaries and creating work life balance for yourself- but the demands of many roles here make that impossible for driven employees that believe in the cause and want Renalogic to succeed. The systems used here are problematic, it’s a common case of trying to fix one problem causing 10 more, the development team is understaffed and most of their direction is to focus on enhancements and new development vs making the current system usable. Renalogic is an “at will employer” and utilize this VERY liberally. Many leadership roles have been terminated with no warning, action plans, or feedback under the facade of “organizational health”. If job security and communication is important to you in a role- I would reconsider seeking employment here. The HR department: I’ve never worked in a place where HR (called people engagement at Renalogic ) is not an unbiased resource to support employees. People engagement will flat out state when they do not like an employee or when they do- and will attempt to manipulate leaders into making employment decisions based on their snapshot view of an employee which makes it very challenging to trust their guidance or question it for fear of your own employment security at this “at will employer”. People Engagement ultimately says who stays and who goes here- while they have minimal insight into the overall work of an employee. Pay: pay is decent but historically they do not do annual raises or bonuses

Hi, We’re sorry that your experience here didn’t match what we want for all our teammates. Renalogic is a “for-purpose business” whose mission is to help our clients and their members/employees control chronic kidney disease's financial and human cost. Since our founding in 2002, we’ve helped more than 20,000 people with CKD and saved our clients more than $750 million. Several team members have been with us from the beginning, and we continue to welcome new team members as we grow. Our culture is built on our core values of being Humble, Hungry, and Smart, and we have established concrete methods for bringing life to those values. A few examples include: • Monthly company all-hands meeting, so everyone is aware of all aspects of the company; • CEO open-door office hours where anyone can ask questions or make suggestions directly to the CEO • A “work from anywhere” policy • 360-degree reviews to provide an honest assessment of performance • Quarterly 1:1 career and work planning sessions with managers to maintain accountability • Objective accountability through KPI reporting and after-action reports for critical projects Our compensation program has five components that are designed to align incentives and reward performance: • Base salary • Annual Bonus (based on company and individual performance) • Annual merit-based salary increases (based on company and individual performance) • A generous benefits package with top-tier health insurance coverage • Stock options We are sad to hear that your experience here wasn’t consistent with what we strive to create for all our teammates, and we wish you all the best in your next endeavor.
