Pros

My peers are some of the most talented, hard-working, professionals I have had the chance to work with.

Cons

Management and their poor leadership skills. Gossip is an every day issue that is almost expected by some top management - specifically female top management. If you don't get on top managements(her) good side you will be forced out of the company sooner rather than later. There is zero care for a persons ability to be successful and no coaching to help bolster success. What she lacks in immaturity and "mean girl" tactics, she does not make up for in real sales ability or leadership.

Pros

Working at a tech startup allows you to meet intelligent individuals and work on an array of projects. The environment makes you feel like you're a part of something much larger and this drives the motivation to continue working towards the success of the company. Most importantly I've learned that Reonomy is not just a brand, its a culture!

Cons

There will be groundwork to cover so some days could be slow.

Pros

Working at a tech startup means working with fun and interesting people on dynamic and ever-changing projects. You get to see the high level inner workings of the company and feel like a part of something tangible. Accepted the position largely because of the interesting people I interviewed with - the company culture is a winner.

Cons

Projects for interns range widely. Some days can be very engaging and other days much slower. Definitely an ebb and flow in the workflow.
