      Great Co-Workers and fantastic supervisors, always someone to ask if you have a questions, supportive environment. It's a team atmosphere, even though all the work is independant

      Cons

      There doesn't seem to be enough time to get everything done, high turnover

      RTI is an AMAZING agency!

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling, responsive and helpful management, team-oriented setting (even though most departments work remotely, they make a great effort to keep staff active and in the loop and they promote team building that's inclusive for all). They also have caring HR and admin staff who keep everyone safe and up-to-date on COVID-19 protocols.

      Cons

      RTI doesn't use the most updated software, so documentation may be lacking and there could use more digital tools that keep staff accountable and on top o f charting.
