RTI Does Not Care

Business Outlook

Pros

The clientele of RTI are some of the most kind hearted individuals in need of assistance. It is a shame that the company cares so little for them.

Cons

RTI does not care about you or their clientele. Over my year at RTI I was subject to constant case load additions and changes that were highly traumatic to my clients. Overtime was expected but rarely was paid out. The company will constantly have you stay extended hours with clients only to deny you overtime. Additionally, as soon as any client would become attached to you they would make sure to take you off their case load and replace them with 3 new clients. I heard horror story after horror story about previous clients getting new case workers that knew nothing about the position and were unable to assist with even the most basic of tasks. I finally quit RTI after they swindled me into performing an additional 5 hours of OT on one night only to state they could not afford me the OT that was promised. They are a disgrace of a company and do not deserve your skillset.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts about your experience at Residential Transitions. We appreciate your dedication to our clients and understand that the work can be challenging. We are concerned to hear about your experience with unpaid overtime, as it is our policy to fully reimburse OT as required. Our HR office has no records of any unpaid overtime, which suggests that this issue may not have been brought to their attention. We encourage you to contact HR directly to ensure that you receive the compensation you are entitled to. While we strive to support both our staff and the individuals we serve, we recognize that not every experience is perfect. We empathize with your concerns regarding caseload changes and overtime expectations. Please know that we are committed to continuous improvement and will look into your feedback to ensure we are providing the best possible environment for our team and our clients. We appreciate your contributions during your time here and wish you all the best in your future endeavors. Thank you for your insights!
