Pros
-Being able to shop there -Healthcare of some kind
Cons
-Inventory Nightmares! Making your employee's conduct inventory is the dumbest thing I have ever seen. Shrink has been hidden on a massive scale and has snowballed out of control. Anyone coming in will pay for it eventually. -As a manger, you will be expected to cover every position once the employee's 8 hours is up. If they didn't finish because the deliveries came late? Oh well, you're staying until midnight receiving 5 trucks of meat and dry goods by yourself with a forklift. -Restaurant Depot takes forever to reimburse anyone. I have seen it time and time again. In fact, Restaurant Depot owes me a couple of hundred dollars in travel expenses. Found out the paperwork sat on a desk for 3 months and by then, I was over it. -Antiquated equipment that hinders productivity, but Restaurant Depot will just blame the employees. Even having the gall to expect Managers to time these poor souls. You pay them $8 an hour, what kind of workers do you expect?
