Pros

Work from home, equipment provided, paid training, the company pays for your extra licenses that you need and your Medicare certification. It really is an amazing job and almost everyone I’ve worked with at this company is so kind, sweet, and we try to work together on everything. I know it’s something you hear a lot but they really feel like family. I’ve work in multiple LOBs under many managers and we talk about and get to know each other. I receive and send happy holiday messages to coworkers from old lines of business I am no longer working in, I learned about their families and they learned about mine, if something was going on I always felt like I could be open and honest with my supervisor and we could work something out. I am happy to be a part of this team.

Cons

No real choice in what your line of business is or when they are going to transfer you from one line of business to another.certain LOBs do have more freedom than others when it comes to things like schedule times, days off, VTO, OT, those things do depend on the LOB but they aren’t bad really with any of them just not consistent so you have to pay attention.

Easy to get time off

Cons

Favoritism, Poor Training, Programs are not compatible for any significant time and you get no pay when technical not your fault, also they increase your workload and promote but offer no vacation pay, holiday pay, or raises. It is a road to no where
