      awful, unrealistic expectations, selective accountability

      The only pro is being at home

      They are phony and will lie. They set unrealistic expectations but give no tools and offer no product that allows you to meet them. They allow some to play on the job which causes increased workloads on others and they dont care as long as it doesnt affect them. Management pretends to care but is extremely phony. A bunch of fake snow flakes in management who talk alot of phony talk but walk none of the walk. I expect to see a lawsuit soon if they keep on this way.

      Some teammates are very supportive, management is okay

      The primary client for this location is horrible. They think so little of their contractors and was literally trying to fire me for the same thing their direct employees were doing to me while they had no repercussions. Very unprofessional people. Some of their staff members are also very rude and unprofessional. The benefits are garbage. It needs to be easier to switch clients. I’ve also tried multiple times since leaving the company to get my tax documents for my last year there and I STILL HAVEN’T REVIEWED THEM! I need them ASAP for me to be able to get important stuff that I need.

      Remote, good trainers, great schedules to choose from

      You are on camera and put on the spot in training so not good for a person with social anxiety
