Pros

The only pro was being able to work from home.

Cons

Training was completely disorganized. Spent a whole week in break out rooms learning nothing. Systems were always down. Half the modules were outdated so we skipped them. They say they have an open door policy but truly don't. The pay was $13/hr, not enough to live on by yourself!

First time experience working from home you can build experience. I made up my own schedule. I met nice people in the chat I text outside of the job

Cons

14 an hour Inadequate training Poorly trained management I had 5 supervisors in yr n a half They give you all these duties n will continue to add to the list with no raises at all They change your schedule when they feel like it They grade you with our having any experience taking calls
