Pros

The WFM family is pretty tight knit, at least they were locally.

Cons

Not hiring in the US anymore, firing time of people in other WFM with little to no notice, quality of work has seen dramatic decease, we're paid less than agents to do way more work. Upper management always questioning everything.

Pros

It's a job and they pay you. The interview was quick and you work from home.

Cons

Completely disorganized. No one knew what was going on starting with onboarding and going through training. The systems never work and part of the training is just getting used to that.

The people are good there.

Cons

High Expectations with not a lot of pay. They lie to you. Like all the time. The promise of money, take it away. Change position, get more money. "Oh you're not selling enough out of season. BETTER START CALLING CONFUSED OLD PEOPLE WHO DOn'T KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON."
