      Pros

      Pros include good entry level call center job.

      Cons

      Downside is that they lied about the commission. They cut hours after guaranteeing 40 hours a week. And they do not work with schedules very well.

      Poor employee benefits (e.g. no 401K despite claim, poor medical coverage for excessive premium cost) Toxic corporate environment putting everyone at odds and self preservation mode limiting collaboration and teamwork Employee empowerment, autonomy, and the fearlessness to fail by taking risk has diminished significantly leading to micromanagement, stagnation of growth/profitability Communication of Vision (Not to be confused with financial targets and key objectives - that's clear) No investment in employee development

      Pros

      Nothing at all. I have never written a review depicting a company in this fashion before but this company is unlike any I have ever worked for.

      Cons

      What a dump. Most employees use eubonics, drink miniature crown royal bottles or get high on the job and employees don't even have their own cubicle. They take calls for Comcast and I bet they would be livid if they saw what represents them.
