Pros
- Product: Teams at Retool have efficient workflows built into their internal Retool apps, a true testament to what's possible to build with the Retool product. - People: Some of the smartest and hardworking people I have ever met. Everybody is remarkably kind and supportive making this an engaging and collaborative environment to work. - Future: Retool has exciting plans for the future with growing the team and expanding our product. Senior leadership is very transparent with sharing the current state and future of Retool - probably the most transparent of any company I've worked at. - Benefits: Hands down some of the best benefits I've ever seen - they obviously prioritize employee health and wellness
Cons
- Growing Pains: Retool is growing fast and like many other companies with hyper-growth, there are some pain points. For example, there are old processes that were successful when the teams were smaller but are not scalable with the size of the team today. Leaders have proactively addressed this but it has taken some time for these efforts to be prioritized by each team.
