The upper management is terrible as everyone has said before. This company acquires companies and do massive layoffs, HR doesn’t care and the whole company feels archaic by the way they conduct themselves.
The folks that work at the Oaks site. Wonderful and hard working people that deserve much more credit than they get.
Cons
The upper management in Wixom is RevSping's biggest cons. Full of themselves. Every man for himself attitude. Not up front with people. No ethics. C level employees have their heads buried in the sand. People just don't trust these manager and/or directors and you shouldn't. Nothing is at face value.
The people here at RevSpring are wonderful. Every single person is independent but dependable. The Culture is phenomenal and respectable. So many pros from within the organization.
Cons
Upper Management can take control of any department structure on a whim. Slow change management. EXACT Quoted words from upper management: "Quality of work > YOUR Quality of life."
Upper management is a bunch of sharks out for blood. One thing goes wrong, and they want to know who to blame and not how to help. They are always looking for someone to fire.
Upper management is disconnected There is lack of information sharing - no one knows who to ask for what You are reprimanded when tasks are not completed due to not having all the information (when expressing these concerns, you are shushed)

There are some rumors about upper management being harsh but nothing I have noticed is wrong. They seem to be doing a good job keeping the place running.
