Revalize reviews

Management is incredibly out of touch valuing the opinions of consultants over the people in the trenches who understand the business. There is no room for input, caution or experience if it does not fit into their Ill-conceived strategy. Been around some bad and inexperienced management teams before over the last few decades but this is by far the worst I have seen.

I was one of 15 reps brought on in their initial hiring for a sales team. I was clear and upfront in the interviews I had no prior experience selling software, but had plenty of experience in sales for a healthcare mechanical contractor. They said that wouldn't be a problem and that training was all part of the program. "Training" was 3 weeks of powerpoints explaining all the companies that were acquired to form the loose idea of Revalize, and then we were to do a final exam consisting of a simulated cold call and second discovery call. Clearly I didn't perform up to their expectations that they could even train me, because I just got ignored for the rest of the day, then next morning manager couldn't even face me in the meeting, and had his lackey deliver the message over Teams that I was being let go. Just recently spoke with another rep who confirmed that everyone besides one individual from that original sales class is still there. Clearly just a high pressure sink or swim environment with zero interest in training or development.
