Compensation more on the lower end nationally, depending on the role. They are still driving the diversity and inclusion culture, and safety is a big deal to them as well.

No organizational reflection, lack of direction, new flavor of what's important every week. Leadership will literally not respond to emails, I didn't have a 1-on-1 until 3 months into the role. Everyone hates their job but pretends not to.
