I really enjoyed my experience in the Facility Operator Program (FOP). The instructors and team were very supportive, and I gained valuable hands-on skills that will help in my future career. I'm thankful for all the guidance and encouragement throughout the program.

-A bit less structured than some bigger companies -Not as many policies in place -some of the leaders only hire people like them - think GE mindset but less organized
