Good pay with decent schedule (when everything is working accordingly) good coworkers and some good shift supervisors

Cons

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT WITH POOR ATTITUDES. Have zero care for the regular operations workers.

Very interesting company, always changing, do good job with DEI being a focus.

Cons

Since EQT buyout in 2021, corp hasn't had same respect for first line workers and managers. Over past 2 years, corp has been cutting incentives, bonuses pay and benefits, for first line workers, then managers. Turnover getting higher each year, especially long time, knowledgeable employees. Hiring has struggled to replace vacancies. Morale trending downward.

Good company match on bonus. Good team support for work needs.

Cons

Disconnect between corporate headquarters and facilities. Results in repetitive sharing of information with upper management. The company's hiring practices often result in unqualified individuals being hired for positions making others jobs more difficult.
