      Pros

      This job will teach you a lot about sales and business building within your area. As others have said, the compensation and benefits are great right out of college. There are opportunities for training and you will meet some great people.

      Cons

      It can be difficult to get advanced within the company as there is no defined path to get there. No two people will be promoted the same way. The industry is always changing so there are always lots of initiatives and not always enough time to get everything done. This can lead to some extreme stress.
