      Pros

      Great place to work! Strong leadership, visionary business plan, solid financials and bonding - great people! The ESOP program is simply unbelievable!!

      Consider allowing current employees to purchase additional shares of RR stock.

      Pros

      I recently started my position at Rieth-Riley and everyone has been very helpful and welcoming. We are an Employee Owned Company which is an amazing benefit. Everyone who works here cares because if they are successful we are all successful. My experience so far has been very positive. Senior management wants to see you succeed and have an open door policy.

      Some of our process and systems could be updated.
