Pros

the three days from home is really nice, the people who work here are also mostly really nice

Cons

the training is not nearly as extensive as they say. they expect you to know how to make a sale after a week of training. most people you call are rude, especially if you are a woman. you are cold calling a very awful demographic, so if you don’t have thick skin and are a female, this job is likely not a good fit for you.

Pros

- Product is pretty good, this does fit a niche that most people are looking for - Speaking solely to advisors is nice, generally they will be better than the general public in understanding - The job has some complexity sometimes, so it can be interesting - The company is always increasing in size and finding new ways to grow effectively

Cons

- Middle / lower management feels unwillinng to manage their employes - You will get stuck with a lot of annoying work for months waiting on another software to resolve it - The only thing that matters here is the numbers you get, not how you get them, so unsurprisingly, many workarounds have been made, which is frustrating when you want to legit get numbers - Work with the expectation of nearly 50-100% Turnover per year (With quitting, firing and internal transfers)
