Pros

It’s refreshing to go to work each day with a clear mission to disrupt a $75 billion waste/recycling industry, and it’s exciting to see the impact my efforts have on that overall goal. During my time here, I have seen outperformers be rewarded for their effort and impact. Whether it’s sales, finance, operations or technology, you’ll get the opportunity to grow at RoadRunner if you perform well. The work environment itself is fast pace with a team atmosphere. This is not a place that you’ll get lost in the shuffle or can hide in a cubicle. The company values hard work and effort, which aligns with my personality.

Cons

Not a con, but more of a suggestion. During training, give more exposure to each division's job function. Allow new hires to build a stronger foundation of company knowledge.

Pros

I enjoyed working with RoadRunner at first. The company is full of young professionals and was a creative, driven, and fun atmosphere. The business model is innovative and there is a lot of room for growth.

Cons

In January there was a change in management. The company started to value quantity over quality and there started to be some serious issues within human resources. There was no corrective action taken and communication between management and employees became unclear and shady. The company became a place of disorder and I would never recommend this as a place of employment to anyone.

Pros

I have to meet a 20 word minimum in the pros comment section. There are no pros here this job is awful.

Cons

My posts keep getting deleted and there’s too many to count. The managers have intimate relations with their employees. The sales team doesn’t have a 401k.
