Cons

- The company has a great plan, great work ethic and high energy. This works for the early stage of a startup but now that RR is experiencing high growth and scaling, seasoned professionals are required.

Pros

Fun, Exciting at the beginning. Interesting concept. Innovative business model. People seemed to be nice. The other Account Executives are nice. Management seems to be on your side, at least they come across like that in the beginning. Not in the long run. Upper management will initially treat you with respect. Initially.

Cons

The company was pitched to me with so much promise. It seemed to be young, exciting, fast growing and an excellent opportunity. I was excited to start and for the first month, it seemed like it was going to work out. But I quickly began to realize that this company was not going to be easy at all to earn commission and I was always going to be working 70+ hours a week. The sales support was barely available and hired incredibly late. Training was minimal, administrative tasks kept us up until midnight, quotas were so high that it was nearly impossible to hit them. In addition, there was so much competition that could put bid our quotes and it felt we were selling a commodity rather than an innovative service after awhile. It was just very hard to sell. There was an incredible amount of pressure to perform, but barely any resources, training or one-on-one management to help us succeed. They tried their best to help us, but it was so resource strapped, unfortunately many of us felt a lot of stress to make something happen from almost nothing. As a result, Unfortunately, it was incredibly difficult to make any commission at all. This left us feeling frustrated and anxious. If you want to come here, understand it will be an up hill battle for commission. You’ll be part of a cool concept, but that concept, doesn’t always pay the bills. Make your own decision whether you want to join, just understand, you will work A LOT and might miss commission a majority of the time. Choose wisely.
