      Pros

      Hardly any pros. Nice office location, young environment

      Cons

      Micromanagement. Sales leaders roles have no experience in management. No presence of an HR. Company is male dominated run by a bunch of high school friends who are quick to point the finger. Drama in the office. Highest turnover rate I have ever seen. Low salary with a lied about commission structure based on quotas that are impossible to meet. Expect to be on the phone the entire day and having your calls being listened in on.

Micromanagement is something that we frown upon at RoadRunner. RoadRunner strives to give every employee the autonomy to make their own business decisions, while encouraging everyone to bring their ideas to the table. RoadRunner Recycling takes pride in promoting its employees from within on both the Inside and Outside Sales Teams. It's essential to recognize that the VP of Sales, Director of Sales, All Regional Sales Managers, All Market Executives and Senior Account Executives, once started in an Account Executive role, just like you, and were promoted through the ranks. Unfortunately, the Account Executive role is not for everyone. As you know, the AE role is a constant, hustle and grind.       Awesome place to work with a great mission

      Pros

      -This is a solid company with a really cool vision -If you are professional and perform well in your job then you will be recognized and rewarded -There are multiple promotions that we can earn through our performance -Company is open to us moving between departments too. I think that’s awesome and gives employees a chance to explore different parts of the business.

      Cons

      -It can be time consuming to hunt for businesses to call. They need to figure out how to cut back on this. -Lots of data entry into their internal system and Salesforce but at end of the day I understand it because we need to have this data to run our business. Would be nice if they could figure out a way to streamline some things

      Great place to work and grow with an innovative company

      Pros

      - The people that work here are hard-working, driven, fun individuals that come to work each day with a purpose - Open door policy all the way up through senior management - Opportunities for growth within the company and ongoing recognition of performance - Management listens to their employees' feedback and adjusts as needed with the continued growth of the organization

      Cons

      - Not a con, but every successful person at the company works extremely hard. It's not uncommon to see people working late and getting in early so they can make the most out of every day. One huge reason the company continues to grow and be successful.
