GREAT product!! All the Sales associates and store managers (grunts) are awesome in Portland. Seems to be hit or miss in other cities. You get to learn on the job. Language perks are excellent.

Cons

No internal advancement beyond Store Manager. No real training. Upper management is 'excited' and complacent about everything. Upper management will never listen to you. Very short sighted company. Pay is low.

Decent compensation and free software. Make min wage plus commission. Seems like they should have benefits of some sort since everyone who works there is part time besides management.

Cons

Paperwork and other upper management decisions don't seem completely in-touch with the work at hand. Should have management trainee program or real training program.
