Talented nursing staff, many of whom understood and enacted the concept of "team" to support one another.

Cons

Favoritism. Nurses with an agenda singled out other nurses not in their "clique"; Supervisor sided with the loudest (unprofessional) voice, "correcting" behavior without facts/background and slighting accused parties afterwards. Ineffective management.

Cons

It’s HCA. Meditech sucks. Quite a few micromanagers and the C-suite folks are all about their dollars and not patient care.
