Increasing levels of responsibility without adding or increasing support to achieve expectations. Healthcare is run as a business, with the main focus on the bottom line.

The employees run the show here in the Surgery department with no backbone in management. Mean girls atmosphere and lazy employees with a “ point the finger “ attitude. One of the worst St David’s HCA origanizations I have ever worked for. Incompetent management who did not have a hold on anything. They basically condoned everything that was going on by not stopping any of it. They will claim that they have no idea it was going on but that is complete and utter nonsense. The culture here is toxic.
