Smaller hospital. Easy to navigate. Friendly co workers

Cons

Very high turnover. Brainwashed employees. Really the same as any hospital at the current time. They will try and feed you instead of compensate you financially.

Cons

-Low wages -Management makes poor decisions without listening to concerns raised by staff beneath them -Often understaffed -Expected to complete tasks that should be the responsibility of staff in other departments -Unnecessary processes without appropriate explanations
