Fun company! Fun surprises in the mail! Awesome new scrubs after 90 days with Rowan! Low stress job with lots of exciting life moments with sweet guests!

Cons

Growing pains of a young company but I have lots of confidence that the wrinkles are already being smoothed out :)

Pros

Rowan provides a unique opportunity for nurses to have a fun job. They also promote from within, and have a lot of opportunities to grow with the company. Rowan showed me that it is possible to work as a nurse in an environment that does not eat it's young and is supportive.

Cons

Fewer opportunities to be full time.
