Cons

The culture is deeply political and exhausting, creating an unhealthy and suffocating atmosphere. Stress is constant and unavoidable, fueled by power games and favoritism. Certain managers openly intimidate and harass employees on a regular basis, making each workday feel tense and unsafe. Disrespect is normalized, and speaking up only seems to invite more mistreatment. The pressure never eases, morale steadily erodes, and the overall experience leaves employees anxious and worn down.

Cons

Tips are not guaranteed and you can get stuck with just the base pay Benefits are absurd for full time employees. You only get 5 days of PTO for the whole year and there is no company match for 401 K. I don’t even know why anyone would work here full time. Tips are not guaranteed and base pay is super low for nurses ($24 an hour). This is a job that is great as a side hustle for part time people but not full time.
